Nestled amidst dense forests and blessed with abundant medicinal flora on the banks of the revered **Narmada River*, Amarkantak has long been a source of inspiration for his lifelong dedication to natural healing.

With over *30 years of experience* in Ayurvedic practice, Rajesh Kumar has devoted his life to understanding the therapeutic properties of herbs, spices, and traditional formulations. He established *City Health Clinic* in *Bilaspur*, where he gained recognition for his work as a male wellness and Ayurvedic health specialist. Throughout his career, he has guided thousands of individuals toward healthier and more balanced lives through personalized Ayurvedic care.

What sets Rajesh Kumar apart is his hands-on approach to medicine preparation. While consulting patients three days a week—Friday, Saturday, and Sunday—he dedicated the remaining days to sourcing, grinding, processing, and preparing herbal formulations under his direct supervision.
